Tree Program

Mandate:

To ensure the legacy of trees at our Club is perpetuated and enhanced for the benefit of current and future generations of Royal Ottawa members
To make recommendations to the Greens Committee regarding the tree and shrubbery assets of our Club with a view to enhancing the golf course and taking into consideration propagation of turf
To maintain a diverse spectrum of trees
To develop and maintain an inventory of all trees on and directly adjacent to the golf course, practice range and clubhouse areas, including species, location, and condition
To identify different, or unique tree species around the course and clubhouse via on site labeling, for the interest, education, and enjoyment of members
